This policy explains what DelayWin (delaywin.com) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name and email, other passengers' names, confirmation code, flight, route, dates, amounts paid and what happened.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We receive your email, name and payment status, never your full card number.
• Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our host for security.

How we use it

Only to run your free check, build the PDFs you buy and your escalation pack, process payments and refunds, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and reports only aggregate, anonymised figures.

Who processes it

• Stripe: payments. Your order details are stored encrypted with the payment record so we can rebuild your PDF.
• Vercel: website hosting.

Your free check and your letters are built by our own code. We don't send your details to an AI service.

How long we keep it

We don't keep a database of your trip details, and the free check isn't stored. For paid orders, an encrypted copy of your details stays with the Stripe payment record so you can re-download your PDF. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@delaywin.com from the address you used. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have more rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

DelayWin is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
