We draft; you send. DelayWin prepares documents from the rules and the details you enter. We're not an airline, regulator or card issuer, and we don't contact anyone for you. Outcomes depend on the airline and your card issuer. Check every document before you send it.

$14.99 purchases a document kit, not legal representation or a guaranteed airline payout. Any money the airline pays goes straight to you; we take no share.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once the PDF is downloaded, with two exceptions. We will refund your purchase on request within 14 days if:

• your letter has an error, such as missing or incorrect details or the wrong airline or flight; or
• a technical problem stopped you from downloading the PDF.
